Canon continues the tradition of improved In-Camera control, making it simple to get superior shots. Camera start-up time is approximately 1.5 seconds, and the continuous shooting speed is approximately 1.3 shots per second with AF locked.

Shooting Information on the LCD


LCD Displays Shooting Information
Shooting information is displayed on the LCD for easy review of settings when the shutter button is pressed halfway:
  • ISO speed, when Auto or High ISO Auto is selected.
  • Shutter speed and f/number.
  • Overexposure warning is available when viewing playback histogram.
The LCD also can display Grid lines to assist composition, and/or 3:2 guide for composing images to be printed at 4x6-inches.
