Getting Certified is easy!

Complete all available training modules in each Canon Printers category: Inkjet Products, Laser Products, Sales & Customer Support, and Technology. Once certified, you are automatically entered in the quarterly prize drawing where you can win great prizes!

Category Certified

When you complete all modules in a category, you are Canon Printers Category Certified.

Master Certified

Complete all modules in all four categories and you are Canon Printers Master Certified. Once Master Certified,
you become eligible for the monthly Avatar Star drawing.

Get Certified & Stay Certified

Once you've earned your Master Certification, your status is good for twelve months from the date you completed all modules within each category.

When your certification expires, you will need to complete all available modules to become Category or Master certified again.

Each Category Certification you earn entitles you to a new Canon Printer Certificate as proof of your hard work and your growing Canon Printer product knowledge. When you qualify, a link will appear that will allow you to print your official Canon Printer Certificate and highlight your achievement!

We think that your growing knowledge deserves to be recognized, so once you've earned Canon Printer Master Certification, you'll have the chance to let your Manager know. Just enter your manager's e-mail address when prompted, and we'll automatically send an e-mail recognizing your effort and expertise!
